How Beit Wood went from no online orders to 40 a week.

Tracked over six months post-launch in Greater Cairo and Sheikh Zayed.
The problem
Beit Wood built gorgeous dining tables and credenzas in their workshop in Old Cairo, but customers only bought through Instagram DMs or weekend showroom visits. Inquiries were lost, pricing was inconsistent, and customers in New Cairo and Zayed hesitated to transfer large deposits via casual chat.

What we did
We designed a stripped-back, editorial online store that puts the wood and proportions front and center. Crucially, we replaced manual bank transfers with a seamless bilingual checkout offering Fawry, Paymob credit cards, and direct Instapay confirmation. Then we ran targeted Meta campaigns aimed directly at homeowners moving into new villas and apartments in New Cairo, Zayed, and October.
What happened
Within two weeks of launch, Beit Wood received their first 18 direct online orders without a single showroom visit. By month three, online volume stabilized at 40 bespoke pieces a week. With delivery tracking and automated WhatsApp order confirmations, customer service inquiries dropped by 70%.

What the founder told us
"Before Digital Zone, I spent half my day answering 'how much for this table' on Instagram and begging people to send bank receipts. Now the orders just land with the deposit already paid through Instapay, and our workshop is booked three months out. Having the same team build the site and run the ads meant nothing fell through the cracks."
